Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and team-oriented Data Integration Developer. This is a remote position where the candidate can work from any location within the United State provided they are able to work on an eastern time zone schedule.

This role will be supporting the Department of Homeland Security and its Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation (CDM) program.

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating extract, transform, and load (ETL) processes using the technologies listed below.
  • Consume RESTful API connections and ingest flat files to parse JSON and CSV data for software connectors.
  • Developing connector software on Windows Red Hat Fuse using Java (version 8 or above), Blueprint XML, XSLT, Camel and SQL libraries which ingest cybersecurity data from security sensors to a SQL Server Database for display on a Dashboard.
  • Creating test plans to validate the ingest software functionality.
  • Creating documentation on the use of the ingest software.
  • Interpreting and implementing functional requirements between the sensors and the dashboard.
  • Providing support to operations teams on the software when deployed into production.
  • Designing, developing, and deploying data integration and transformation solutions using Azure Data Factory
  • Developing and maintaining data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into target data repositories
  • Implementing data validation and quality to ensure accuracy and consistency of data
  • Optimizing data pipelines for performance and scalability

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS in Computer Science or related field

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technologies:

    • Software Development using Java (version 8 or above) with an IDE (e.g. Eclipse, IntelliJ, CodeReady)
    • Parsing File formats (e.g., JSON, XML, and CSV)
    • SQL SERVER database design, programming, tuning, writing SQL queries/ TSQL procedures
    • Developing/automating test procedures
    • Web services client development using REST API
    • Test REST APIs from command line (curl, get, post, put) and/or using Postman or other API testing framework
    • Release Management and build tools (e.g., Maven, Jenkins) and configuration tools (e.g., SVN)
    • Secure coding practices including use of encryption (e.g., Certificates, TLS Connections)
    • Experience in developing in the Windows environment
  • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory

  • Experience in data load from different data sources like DBs, APIs, Flat files and cloud based data sources

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL principles.

  • Familiarity with Azure services and tools, including Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake

  • Strong knowledge in SQL language

  • Experience working with high data volume and continuous data flow

  • Knowledge of data integration and data transfer through on-premise and Cloud resources

  • Excellent communication, and relationship skills to articulate advanced technical topics and build consensus among clients and technical stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and collaborations skills working in a team-oriented environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to adhere to defined processes & procedures, and suggest improvements

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong technical documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with:

    • Red Hat Fuse
    • Apache Camel
    • Blueprint XML
    • XSLT
    • Windows PowerShell
  • Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies such as Mobile and Asset Management, Identity and Access Management, and Vulnerability Management software (e.g., McAfee, Tenable, SCCM, ServiceNow, SailPoint, CyberArk)

  • Experience with JIRA and Agile development practices

  • Overall strong background in systems engineering, security engineering, architecting, enterprise integration, and interoperability in a complex systems environment

  • Experience modeling data, message, and service interoperability

  • Understanding of technical, operational, and management issues related to design, development, and deployment of complex and distributed systems

  • Understanding of interrelationships between critical infrastructure protection and cybersecurity

  • Familiarity with DoD Cybersecurity programs and compliance

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Candidate is required to be a US citizen (non-dual citizenship) with the ability to obtain a DHS Suitability clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. Responsibilities Include:

  • Perform extensive research and analysis to make optimal architecture and design decisions that enhances the quality of Avatar SDK on PC and Android
  • Collaborate with ML-team for on-device inference implementation on Android
  • Develop high quality and performant in-house Unity and Android applications
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code and perform code reviews
  • Integrate and evaluate third party solutions
  • Effectively use debugger & profiler to identify and fix functional and performance issues at the system level

Experience Requirements:

  • MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 6+ years of industry experience with strong Computer Science fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithm Design, and Complexity
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and building real-life data models using pandas, numpy, nltk, matplotlib, etc.

  • Design and deploy networks based on business and technical requirements.
  • Partner with project and program managers to meet overall timelines and resolution of issues.
  • Operate and troubleshoot networks to identify and resolve issues quickly.

  • Take ownership of a minimum of two datacenters perform all sustainment engineering functions.

Qualifications To be successful in this role you have:

  • The candidate should have a solid foundation in networking including routing, switching, security and load balancing.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud computing technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.) across Windows and/or Linux
  • Azure Core Platform: Compute, Storage, Networking.
  • Azure Web Apps: developing, deploying, debugging and supporting web applications using .NET, Java, PHP, Python, Node.js etc. on Windows or Linux.

As a Principal Full Stack Application Engineer, you ’ ll build and release reliable software systems at scale. As part of our Research and Development Team, you’ll develop and maintain full stack and mobile solutions that fit our business needs. You’ll use your holistic view of all products (and their interactions) to design elegant solutions and strategize the future state of our larger technical ecosystem. By independently innovating and advocating for best practices, you’ll solve complex problems and guide the team on implementing solutions from inception to production. Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

Bachelors – Computer Science or related
