Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or relevant technical field. * 1-3 years of experience for Associate or 3+ years of experience for Experienced with the following skillsets: + Automation and engineering in large, complex environments with at least 3,000 network and security infrastructure devices (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls) supported by automation. + Event, fault, and performance management + Network orchestration in policy-based or software defined methods, skill with Ansible is preferred + Python programming skill and experience with one or more languages, such as Java, C/C++, or JavaScript.

What You’ll Do:

Hands-on data scientist who will release models in production.

Develop classifiers, predictive models, and multi-variate optimization algorithms on large-scale datasets using sophisticated statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analytics.

The University of Colorado’s (CU) Office of Advancement manages and coordinates administrative functions that support the campus-based fundraising field staff.   • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience 5+ years as a software developer with a mix of front and back-end experience, including web and mobile.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and bring disruptive products to market.
  • Experience breaking down features and stories into work items.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable requirements.
  • Experience with working in building products in a fast, iterative approach.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience collaborating closely with UX/UI teams.
  • Solid grasp of emerging technologies, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

  • Familiar with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure & GCP.
  • Have created web and mobile applications using native and non-native frameworks.
  • Experience with React or Angular, Node.js, NoSQL, Git, Java and others.

  • Developed in CI/CD environment.
  • Proficient in ML/AI concepts.

  • The salary range for this role is $93,400- $149,200. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
